Roasted at 435°F, this medium roast coffee raised the hairs on the arm of our roaster Joe Deinhart. It is incredibly smooth and has a rich flavor profile any coffee drinker would enjoy.

Love it!
I hand grind some of this beans and make cups of coffee with V60 filter; it has nice aroma and taste surprisingly good! I love the flavor especially when I brewed it slightly lower water temperature, say around 80C. It’s a great choice and I would highly recommend!
One of the first retail coffee lines I have encountered that is so delicious black as pour over, filtered or percolated.
the medium roast is my favorite! all cleveland coffee in general is my favorite coffee. one of my favorite daily beverages + supporting the food bank fills my cup in so many ways!
